justifying high end shirts?

theres nothing wrong with owning expensive dress shirts because most likely u will be using for important stuff such as work or family/friend celebration wedding blah blah blah

but tshirts in my opinion are a whole different story, i would spend more then 40 because 1, no matter how good the quality is, a couple wash what not will make the shirts stretched, and tshirt fashion comes and goes fast

The second part of your post makes no sense at all. You're making my head hurt.

I've never paid more than $25 for a button-up (all I buy is H&M). I've actually paid more for t-shirts.
