They run bigger in the waist than JE's sweats for sure. I stuck with my true size (same size as I take in JE) and really like the fit, especially if I'm factoring in for a bit of shrinkage. You could probably size down though and get something closer to the LAs. Here's a photo in my TTS small (January dog walking kit, so nothing fancy):

The fit looks great, how tight is the cuff at the bottom? My hesitation has always been the cuff; personally hate when the cuff is loose (which is why LA sweats are goated because the cuff is so tight it rides up my leg LOL)
