They're noisy but not noticeable when you're outdoors or in a louder indoor environment. The design and functionality are awesome, easily my favorite cargo pants I've tried. The cinch holds up well for the most part but does slightly loosen over time when you're wearing - luckily they're easy to tighten up. I wore them to a music festival (camp flog gnaw) and they were clutch

Awe **** I just ordered them overnight shipping. I guess loud will have to be accepted. I don’t mind thin because I live in one of the top swamp ass capitals in the world. I guess I’ll find out soon. Thanks for the input gents!
