That's because some folks take this online clothes shopping too seriously and want to start a hierarchy that doesn't need to exist. There doesn't need to be any gatekeeping. I started buying JE in 2014, but I don't care about fronting like I'm better than the next man over some clothes.

We're free to say whatever we want as long as there's no bad intent. If these people are so offended by people bringing up suggestions from other brands, they have real issues they need to address.

I was simply warning a guy that other dudes in here don't take kindly to speech about other brands, playing along with the "inside joke" here, but this j023 decides to be passive-aggressive about it.

For those of you considering the mesh tank....it's a decent layering piece. Wish it was longer, but it's really short and boxy and starts to flair out. Short and boxy seems to be a recurring request in this thread.

New Carbon UNI trying out this fit! Really like this fit.

had my cast 2 carbons taken in they fit fantastic now no need for a belt and diaper butt is gone! I might size up from now on and do this.

I have the grey one. I like the length personally. Works well with shirts if you want to go open button. I worn it once solo on a super hot day but wouldn’t really wear it like that.

I hear ya on the solo vibe. It's a bit extra and serves minimal purpose...even at the beach. Button down and pullover hoodie is my goto with tanks. Works really well with the southern california beach vibe.
