Btw I don’t know if you noticed. They discontinued your watch and prices have gone up substantially on it. Rolex is basically paying you to wear their watch!!

Thanks. Saks currently has a promo of "$50 off for every $200 spent" so I could get the $378 Nimbus + $22 something else (to hit $400), and get $100 off. They'd still be more expensive than directly from JE.com though, if they were to be 30% off during the sale ($378 - 30% = $265ish). Ebates is currently 8%, so that'd net me another $25 or so.

Should I just wait for the JE.com sale?

Depending on the return policy you could buy it and see what the sale will be like on JE. Nimbus is a mainline item so you'll be able to find it on sale throughout the years sale seasons. Also grailed and eBay have had nimbus pairs show up from time to time.

Only thing I'm looking to pick up are Figueroa's. It's looking like the denim are becoming the best value items. I remember when it used to be the complete opposite until stockists started carrying them.

View attachment 1162993 Just got those blazers that were sold on the JE site (purchased off NDC). They are pretty nice. Not a huge fan of canvas sneakers but these looks great, which the suede on the toe box was black, but for $100 they are great beaters. I’ll prob change out the white laces with the black that were also supplied. Now I’m going to prob get the white and black pair. Damn you NIKE.

Damn that’s deep... but I guess it depends on how much disposable income you have and what you’re willing to spend of it. I think that they are now in a very hard territory, there are many comparable brands doing similar shirting. Nothing screams JE about their tees, especially when fast fashion brands are churning out knock offs.

Now that I have kids & a house my disposable income has dropped significantly (doesn’t help that my wife is on ******) but if I am making purchases these days it’s for something that is “special”. Only things I’m really looking at this season are the bougainvillea shirt in ivory, the Kawasaki black dot tobacco shirt, and the Figueroa denim. And the reason I’m only considering those are because they actually seem like standout pieces this season. There are other companies putting out great T-shirt’s and terry these days, example @UNIFORMLA . And I generally stick with black, white, navy, grey, and the occasional maroon or ivory anyway.

Na I get that for sure, and I thought about that after I posted lol. The price increase hurts, but hopefully things sit harder and longer and they realize they jumped the gun. Maybe just wishful thinking....

not at full price imo but on discount definitely worth it. lt can often be found on sale at end of season from various retailers. I own the conduct anorak and isogon mx and love them both.

The ivory bougainvillea and the figueroa denim have been on my wish list since the runway but patiently waiting for a sale price. Should’ve grabbed the shirt for 30% off at needsupply but hopefully will have another chance.

Still yet to try Uniform tees but I’m assuming stay tts?
