This place is very very unprofessional. I had appointment with Wedny Yu,(Houston) on 05/19 at 3:30 p.m. and she was supposed to come to his apartment. My son is an MD, and very busy, I took time off from work. When I made the appointment on 5/17, it was they who said they would go to my son's apartment to measure him. I his mom, was supposed to meet them there. At the last minute, 2 hours before the appointment, she says that her company finds it "in their reps best interest" to meet at a public place and wants us to meet her at her husband's office. And then she says, if we do not do that, we are cancelling. Long story short, we lost time. (As busy professionals we do not have the time to make another appo) And since my son is moving to a different city, he wont get his suits on time. NEVER TRUST WENDY YU

    1. I went to your website and input my zipcode 2 days ago. Got Wendy Yu's contact first. Called and was told that they would come to my son's apartment, measure and we will choose swatches and order. I told them my son would leave Houston for Salt Lake City in end of June.

    2. The appointment was for today at 3:30 p.m. at my son's apartment, which they suggested, not me. They don't have a showroom

    3. At 11:15 am today Wendy Yu told me that they would not come to our place because they did not feel comfortable. She wanted me to go to her husband's work and bring my son

    4. I had taken time off fro m my work, my son, a medical resident, who worked last night set his alarm to get up at 2 p.m.. , losing sleep. We will not be able to get suits for my son, before he moves, because we will be out of the country until May 31. His schedule is also very hectic. He is a first year med resident

    5. Wendy Wu cancelled at about 2 p.m. saying again she would not go to my sons place, even though I would be there, a mom, a lawyer , because she did not feel safe. My son,. and MD, lives in a posh apartment which is in a very safe neighborhood.

    6. Your website, linked in page, Wendy's linked in page all says you go to people's houses to measure.

    7. I can only assume that you falsely advertise and that your stylist Wendy Yu realized at the last minute that we were brown people and so did not feel comfortable. We are professional people living in good apartment complex. The ONLY thing that would prevent a stylist from coming to our place, when to go to all others can be our brown skin color

    8. So the "vitriol" you referred to would not have been there had your stylist not been a racist

i think Wendy made a wise decision. Based on your posts I wouldn't feel comfortable coming to your house either.

I want to find Wendy Yu and let her see this thread so she actually KNOWS what a wonderful decision she made not to have to deal with these customers.

I recommend you go to a department store, of which there are many in Houston, and buy some suits. If you are lucky, you might even be able to find someone who isnt racist. Good thing your son is moving out of Houston where it is well known that a sizable portion of the residents are Asian racists.

You guys are absolutely entitled to your opinion. I found your website through a google search with the term jHillburn reviews. I don't even know who this group is or who runs it. So, you guys think, its perfectly normal for a company and a stylist to advertise that they come to your place, make an appointment to come to our place, go to other people's place, and cancel on us at the last minute because she is "uncomfortable"? Even though we are docs and lawyers? Why? You guys think us brown people will rape you guys or mug you or something?

Is this site in any way affiliated with Trump or KKK? If so, please let me know. I will delete the post.Of course for personal safety, I don't want to be associated with anyone like that. Thank you

Can someone please post the Anchorman gif of Ron Burgundy talking about how that "escalated really quickly....I mean, that really jumped up a notch"?
    Thanks.

I think people of all political affiliations can generally agree that a doctor shouldn't need his mommy to pick his clothes.

First, I am an Asian myself. (of Indian origin). Most of my friends are Asians. Actually look at my picture
Second Wendy Yu is NOT Asian.( LOL for that)
Third, Wendy chose not to come to our place after promising to. We have no problems if she came
Fourth: I want a tailored suit for my son, I want to choose a great fitting suit of the color and material I want.
And Last but not least: Wendy implied very strongly that she would not feel safe with us, before I wrote or said or knew anything about her. I did not know her, she did not know me. Why? Can you think of a reason? She herself said she would come. Then at the last minute she says she does not feel safe?

If you guys are not affiliated with any hate group, I want to know why you think Wendy made the right decision? What gave her the impression that we would be unsafe? Note My complaint was written AFTER not BEFORE she said she would not come.

Is she perhaps married to an asian, hence the last name of asian origin? If so, would that perhaps make you rethink your idiotic posts publicly accusing people of racism?

So why do you think she would say she would come and then feel "unsafe" at the last moment?

Why do you think her reluctance to go to someone's house for the first visit has anything to do with your color? Why do you think our reaction to you being an overbearing customer has anything to do with you being brown?

As a matter of fact, a large percentage of the community here are people of color. Perhaps it isnt that you are brown, but rather that you had an obnoxious reaction and felt entitled and self important enough to join a forum for the sole purpose of complaining and expecting us to agree with you...

Because you seem like a lunatic? I feel unsafe being on the same Internet forum as you. Sorry.
