Jean style chinos / chino pocket help

I like wearing chinos but I cannot stand the side-welt pockets. They always flair out and look terrible. Are there any brand of chinos that have jean style front pockets (back pockets don't really matter) and aren't $200+, and is it possible to get fabric removed from welt pockets so they're flush against the leg?

Not really big on the baggy fit or the coloring.

Yea I really wanted to buy a pair of these but they're sold out everywhere. Do you know/anyone know if they're planning to restock soon?

The new Levis Sta-Prest twills in the 514 or 510 might be easier to come across. I don't know if they are exactly what you are wanting, but they are decent fitting 5 pocket chino IME.
