Yeah, they've been there for forever. I found them to be the cheapest "retail" place to get the Master 8 Days if you wait for their 10% off sale and another 15-20% coupon. (though I doubt they carry manufacturer's warranty).

Most high end Swiss watch makers will not service them "under warranty" if they are not purchased from one of their ADs. However if you are willing to "pay" for servicing, most will service them. If the official service centers won't service them even if you are willing to pay for it, there are plenty of independent watchmakers that will service these watches.

Been there forever - they aren't necc. "old and discontinued" either. However, you can get a better price than Overstock practically anywhere.
