Is this tie conservative enough?

Need a new tie for very conservative business situations (court, meetings, etc).

Choice of 2 - which one do you think is the more conservative?

Personally I like the first one the most but not sure if the pattern/brown makes it less conservative. Thanks. The pattern reminds me of Pitti instead of court...
