Is there a way for me to be banned from accessing the B&S forum?

So I've recently imposed a ban on myself from accessing Full Tilt cash games because I've been chasing losses for the past 2 weeks, as I'm just on a terrible run.

Now I'm wondering if it is possible to get that same "service" here on styleforum with the B&S forum which has equally ruined my life as of late...

Or you can be a responsible adult and exercise some self-restraint and discretion without having someone to expressly ban you from doing something.
