Is my hair bad? Is there another haircut that might look better?

I don't like how my hair looks with a collared shirt at this length. Is there something different that might look better on me? I'm not sure what my face shape is. Keep in mind that I do wear glasses.

This is me currently (a stylist did my hair in the second one, so that's more just so you can see my face shape):

You're pretty skinny, so your long hair makes you appear lanky. I'd suggest cutting it to a medium length. Find pictures of celebrities whose faces are similar to yours in shape, and see what you like, what you don't like, and what you're unsure about. What you can do with your hair depends on the texture and thickness of your hair, and your growth pattern. Take all your pictures into a decent stylist, and ask questions. Ask them what would go well with your face shape, what lengths would look better on you.

Some people think that if you give a stylist a picture, they should be able to do that with your hair. That's not the case. Ideally, it's a two-way road and you work with your stylist, giving them feedback and asking questions. A decent stylist will be truthful and tell you what can and can't be done.

With that said, eat some steaks, lift some weights, and get rid of those t-shirts.

Depends what you're looking for. Looks OK to me. Just wait to you get older and it all starts falling out, then there won't be any point asking that question ...

The hair cut is excellent. How are you going to improve on perfection?

Why do you guys always try so hard to cut people down? They come here looking for genuine advise and ask for it kindly. Sure, you can have strong opinions, but you don't necessarily need to voice them in the way that many of you here do. It isn't constructive and it doesn't encourage new users to get involved.

I would definitely, definitely go shorter. Asymmetrical, slicked-over side part, maybe?
