Ike Behar Dress Shirt Sizing Question (16 1/2 L)

I just recently purchased 2 Ike Behar Dress Shirts in 16.5L and I'm not sure what the sleeve is exactly (I would have to measure when I get home) but they fit me and I wear a 37/38 ideally. They could probably be a bit longer but they're about the longest fitting standard 'long' labeled shirts I've purchased without going bespoke.

Are you sure it measures that long... I think it is 34-35....
