Once, in a fit of a drunken weekend in Texas, I had steak and eggs for breakfast, cheeseburger for lunch, steak and shrimp for dinner, and some ground beef tacos for a 2AM snack. Probably added all up to 2lbs or more of beef in less than 24 hours.

Why is it wrong? If one person were to eat nothing but meat for an entire meal, it could go up to 2lbs worth.

Look at the ancient and even somewhat modern day Mongolian Diet, the bulk of what they eat is meat and milk, they are healthy, lean and a very high percentage of them still have an abundant head of hair.

tartar doesn't sound so great, but sure, go for it. I find meat easier to digest than many grains.

Me and 4 friends once split a 4kg tenderloin. I fully support eating 2+ lbs of beef in a single sitting.

Ah, the perfect wipe. I have to admit, I'm going to have to take your word on this topic!

Don't let it go too long or else you going to be on the john, biting down on a piece of leather with tears in your eyes. Afterwards you're going to feel like you dated the Hell's Angels and be wondering how you're going to snug-up that blown ring.

Would over consumption, of any nature be ok? If you answer this, then you have answered all.
