Would you say that roughly 98.7823681736% of females approve of your pocket squares?
I'd say that would be a fair estimate...

This is a factually accurate description of the position in the legal profession in London, which one might expect to be more traditional. They are very few and far between. No longer UCBD.Id have to say I don't see many squares out in the wild ... . When I do go to the city center or the nicer areas I still cant say I see many people sporting squares.
Agreed. In fact when I was younger, women were known from time to time to fake a make-up emergency as an excuse to snag the PS of a guy that they were particularly interested in.Against ya.
Chivalry alone is the reason to wear a pocket square. Also, when offered to a person in need, you don't ask for it back later.
some of these pocket squares look like they have already been used for that make up emergency and then haphazardly jammed in the breast pocket!!!Agreed. What a rouge comment.some of these pocket squares look like they have already been used for that make up emergency and then haphazardly jammed in the breast pocket!!!
While I can agree with this statement in some circumstances, it's not always the case. If it's not too ostentatious, it's just fine. Compliments everything well. The issue with pocket squares is that they turn, "wow, that's a nice outfit," into "wow, you're wearing a pocket square."
I wear a white linen one if the occasion is formal enough to call for it. I used to wear them regularly, now i wear them very rarely. They too often turn a well dressed person into a character.

I'll say, besides a wedding, I've never seen one. I think ever. And that's only in people that are in the wedding.Really? I get the feeling pocketsquares are a lot less common in the US than in continental Europe. How often would you say you see a person wearing a PS?

Even with Mad Men, I've never seen anyone with a linen square. I may be the only one.
Yeah. Let's keep in mind I'm in AZ. PS means a SC/Suit/Blazer. We're more Scottsdale trends. Saran wrap shirts, contrast stitching, dye-injected buttons, boat shoes.Pretty rare here in Chicago too. When I lived in New York, I'd say they were a good bit more common.
