How would you describe the shoulder on the suit Zoey Kravitz is wearing?

Not sure it would look great on a standard male body type but I really like the way the non-soft shoulder of Zoey's suit look. Wondering what that cut/shape would be referred to?

these are very structured and extended shoulders with a good amount of padding. The shoulders extend well beyond Zoey's natural shoulder and the extension is supported by padding, which also creates a horizontal shoulder line.

This was also a thing in men's suits in the past -- 1940s and more recently in the 1980s/90s.

Personally I have become a big fan of more structured shoulders. What Zoey is wearing is probably too much right now for most men, but you don't have to go that far at all.

Thanks for the responses! Agreed it gave me a very 80's feel that I used to hate, but has begun to grow on me more by the day. I think the overexaggerated and structured shoulder looks really nice on a femenine/petite body but would not look so good on a normal look guy like myself unfortunately.
