I'm in high school, so I don't want it too mature, but any ideas on how to wear this cardigan? Here's a picture
The buttons are brown and the cardigan has a thin grey layer around it. Any ideas?

Okay, it should have gone into a different thread, but only 2 views before now? Tsk, tsk on goodwill. In that picture, there's not quite enough color. A button-front shirt with more color would liven it up.

Burn it, it makes you look old not mature.

start with the sleeves

right or left -- personal preference -- insert your arm into the sleeve, until the cuffs ride up to your wrist. sling your other shoulder back and repeat for the opposing arm. start with the button 2nd from the top, and fasten it towards the bottom, leaving the last button un-done.

with a bit of practice, i think you'll get it down

thanks! I'm planning on wearing it with a white v neck, slim jeans, and canvas shoes instead of boots.

It looks ok, I'd wear it. At least it's not one of those chunky things with toggles. :fu:

don't you own one of those chunky things with toggles or am I thinking of someone else?

V-neck shirt, don't wear too much of those skinny jeans if you're already thin, and sneakers.

Ha, seriously. General rule of thumb: If it looks like shit in the model photo where they had time to pre-plan and pick what they thought would look best with it ... it's gonna look like shit all the time.

I don't like cardigans to begin with but if you really want one, you can do much better than this.
