I followed my GF today in to a nail shop. I got a pedicure. I feel kind of gay being in the shop but it's not bad. More guys should check out this place, traditionally reserved for the opposite sex, kind of like Joanna's Fabric.

Never heard of Joanna's Fabric, hope it is as nice as Jo-Ann's. Never been to a pedicure place, though I'd love to have one done just to see. Beware of the Vietnamese operations, fungi and bacteria galore!

My ex-gf used to buff my nails and deal with my cuticles, and my did they sparkle!

Jo-Ann's sounds right. I believe the lady who did my nails is Vietnamese. It was a decent shop with a full service spa. Too bad she didn't understand a word I said.

Sorry, but did you guys suck some dick while in these establishments? Or was there some other reason you felt "gay" being in them?

I agree. There's no reason to feel gay. As guys on this forum are willing to spend thousands of dollar making sure their clothes are nice, it seems odd not to drop $50 and get your fingers and hands looking nice, too.

I've only gotten two manicures before, one for an interview into my school's honors program and the other for my first job, but I loved it. And also didn't feel gay, or less masculine, at all during the process.

There was a time when men used to actually take time and care in meticulous grooming. Fingernails were no exception. Doctors are very particular about their hands for obvious reasons.

Don't feel gay, because that would be kinda gay.

I got a manicure kit for Christmas, and I love the feel of buffed and polished nails. I make sure to eat steak and watch pornographic videos of women during my manicure sessions to keep the gay out and put the 'man' back into manicure.

There isn't a man you can't cure.

Don't forget to scratch your junk when you take breaks from the manicuring, and to also wear nothing but a wifebeater and sweats.

Please, this is still SF. 501 repros, Redwings, flannel shirt, and maybe a tailored Dickies jacket.
