Label looks fine, but the fabric is very odd for a Kiton. I might worry that the seller is getting the label shot from one suit and the suit shot from another.

Can you link to the auction? The seller's feedback is likely the key here...

All I can say is that the label won't be a fake. Braun is a renowned 'Herrenausstatter' in Hamburg.

From the photos, there's really not much to say quintin. The first picture is too dark to see much of anything; the second photo indicates working cuff buttons and a pinstriped fabric of a fairly conservative style; the third, as was said, is an apparently real label of a Kiton made for a particular retailer.

The fabric looks odd to me only because it seems to be a black base with grey stripes. It looked a little fashion forward at first glance. Kabert sees it as conservative, which would put it more in line with what I'd expect from Kiton.

I can't see detail on the working buttonholes, but the buttons themselves look OK.

Why are YOU worried about it being fake, quintin? If the seller is reliable and it labels like a duck and buttons like a duck, it is probably a duck...

Normally a picture is worth a thousand words. These aren't. You can't tell a thing about the suit. Have the seller email you quality digital pictures.

Although I normally am suspicious with these things, I actually don't have so much doubts about the authenticity: as Degendorff, Duveen, and Kabert mentioned, the label looks fine.

Concerning the fabric, the only thing I would like to add is that the base is dark blue, which makes the material more in line with the somewhaty conservative style of a real Kiton.

I'll let you guys know my impression, as soon as the suit arrives!
