First guess for a v-cleat is always Florsheim or Hanover. The nail pattern more or less matches up to those as well, though the secondary inner set of nails is a little different from any I've seen.

Anyone recognize who made this? It's for a brand called Shipton (It doesn't say Heneage anywhere so maybe premerge? but appears to be this boot http://www.shipton.com/pennine-brown-leather.html with a dainite sole)
