Help me fit my modern tailor shirt

sorry for the terrible pics. I only had my phone. I'm definitely lengthening the sleeves a bit, shoulders by half an inch each. There is some pull in the armpits and i don't know if that's from the chest measurement or just the shoulders.

i measured a well fitting shirt and this one came out way too tight in general. It's been washed twice, so no need to take shrinkage into consideration.

I think shoulders are fine. Increase the armhole measurement instead.

Styleforum standard is to keep the shoulder seams on the shirt narrower than the hips of the shirt. It's a somewhat unconventional take on the ideal male figure, you have to admit.

Personally I'd go more than half an inch wider on each side. And the armholes look freakishly tight. You could also adjust the shoulder slope a little, though it's hard to tell with you holding your hands up in the picture.

that shoulders narrower than hips things is ridiculous. I'm 190 pounds and wear 31" waist pants. those shoulders would be halfway to my neck.

What armhole measurement did you use?

I think it would look better without the pocket too.
