I am thinking of buying a Helmut Lang suit from Yoox and would like to get the size right to avoid a return.  I have a 40 1/2" chest and a 32 1/2" waist, so a 40R suit with a 7" drop generally fits just right without alterations other than sleeves or cuffs.  I have read that Lang suits tend to be on the slim side, and was wondering if I should buy a 40R or should move up one size to a 42R.  Any information on the fit in the shoulders would be appreciated as well.
