I used to swim in high school. We used to swim twice a day, morning and then again in the evenings. I remember some of us used to weight lift too but nothing like the footballers used to do. The pool felt cold but after a few warm up laps it was comfortable. And yes I ate like a friggin horse all the time. Ahhhhh the good old days.
