As you probably know from reading thestyleblogger.com, I love tailored wear and I've been a client of Michael Andrews Bespoke for some time.
So I teamed up with Michael to design their first ever ready-to-wear collection, which will be sold, in limited quantity, exclusively in thestyleblogger.com online shop.
I wanted this collection to cater to men like me, who enjoy wearing suits not because they have to, but because they wantto.
Therefore, each piece in this collection is designed so that it can be easily "dressed-up" or "dressed-down". Think updated slim fit, high armholes, soft shoulders, textured fabrics, unlined jackets, flat front pants, etc.
I also styled the lookbook accordingly, showing each piece worn casually and formally.
The first collection, Spring/Summer 2011, is a very limited run - so be ready to act fast!
Yours in style,
Dan Trepanier, aka "SB"

The colors aren't bad. I don't care for the cut. Still I wish him the best.

To my eye those "M.A.B. / by Dan Trepanier" (interior) tags are beyond ugly.

The world needs a Trépanier clothing collection like it needs a hole in the head.

MA "Bespoke" Ready To Wear?
Oswald Boateng has Bespoke Couture ... which is neither. It does bother me when terms are used incorrectly ... even more so when done intentionally and including the word bespoke.

As to the line of tailored clothing, if that is his dream, I hope he suceeds.

You must have stepped on some toes or something, considering the sour comments. Otherwise I can't understand why someone would bother write such vicious stuff about someone who's only crime seems to be having designed his own RTW line.
