Has anyone had any experience with this store or the Back Bay store?

Also, anyone know of any good discount places in the Boston and New Hampshire region?

I've been to the Back Bay store(?) several times while I was in law school. Nothing too special, but I suspect it's hit-or-miss, just like every other Filene's Basement. I do remember them having some rather high-end suits (e.g. Oxxford, Brioni) at quite reasonable prices. If you're looking for shoes, forget about it. Hope that helps.

I stopped in at the Northshore Mall location around New Year's, and I didn't see much of interest. I'll be back again at 4th of July (visiting my parents, who are near there), and I'll post if I see anything worthwhile then.

I stopped in at both, and found nothing worthwhile at either one, save for a solid navy Church's tie for $50 at the Back Bay. No decent shoes at either one.
