I have a pair of EG Dovers for Louis Boston that I won in ebay a few months ago. I've never tried on the 606, but I'd say the 32 is narrower and pointier. The 606 is a bit squared off and appears wider, at least in pictures. I normally take between a US9.5D and US10D, depending on the shoe. These are marked US 9.5D, so I assume they are UK9E. They were too narrow and I had to have them stretched to fit.
