I mostly use Luxire for my dress trousers and I have dialed in the measurements to my satisfaction. They are optimized for drape, high waist and wide leg.

I want to have some ivory-colored jeans made with a high waist and wide leg and I was wondering how to adjust the measurements.

In other words, how do jeans differ in measurements from a pair of dress trousers at the same size?

Any suggestions on adjustments to hips, thigh, or knees, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Jeans differ substantially. They are cut differently. Trousers are cut so as to have a crease in the front. Jeans are cut to be flat across the front. If you cut denim to the same pattern as trousers, using your usual measurements, you will get denim trousers. Personally, I wouldn't use Luxire for jeans without doing some research and getting some first-hand reviews.

Any suggestions for high waisted, wide leg white jeans?

My usual jeans are Wrangler 13MWZs. Not particularly wide leg, but they do have a good rise. And the price is unbeatable.
I just had a pair of these hemmed and they're very nice. The rise is higher than other jeans I own and the fit isn't terribly slim. At my guitar lesson on the weekend, I noted that the teacher and one of the students were wearing what looked like jeggings based on how tight their jeans fit. In contrast with mine, it looked kind of funny.
