You can try to call the JL boutique on Madison to see if they have the Chapel, Naseby or William II models in your size

I'd also go a little farther up Madison to 70th and have a look at Santoni. Saks has also significantly expanded their shoe offerings and may have something, as might Bergdorf.

who makes those shoes on the right in the picture? Thom Browne perhaps?

I'd prefer those in brown suede.. who has similar ones in brown suede in nyc?

I also recommend the William II by Lobb. It is a beautiful shoe. The William is also very nice. The William is the 7000 last and the William II is the 8000 (a touch more narrow looking, but not much). Either one is a winner. I got my Williams on sale 2 years ago at the Lobb store on Madison. Amazing shoe!

Right right. I've gone to a shorter pant / more revealing break, but those are more than a bit high.

Not just the length though, they look like they have 3" cuffs on them.

I asked for the single buckle Vale in Chestnut for Christmas.....can't wait til tomorrow around the tree.
