I have followed your antiquing posts and had a question. I have a pair of bruno magli that I am experimenting on. They are a dark chocolate brown. When I applied the deglazer it barely lightened them at all. It doesnt look like it stripped any of the finish at all despite two rounds of deglazer. Could it be that these are corrected grain and won't work, or should it work on cheap leathers too. Thanks so much!
