On days that my class schedule allows it, yes, I love to nap after lunch.

Another trick.

Prior to actual 15-20 minute nap, drink a cup of coffee. After nap, caffeine has kicked in and all is good until end of day.

A short 20 minute break is enough to get you going, and you don't even need to lose consciousness to benefit from it, as you won't enter the deep stages of sleep like when you do it at night, so you can come out of it pretty quickly. Just to be safe set your cell phone with an alarm

Right, so what did they eat in the evening?

They ate whatever they could get their hands on during the day, usually just berries and nuts. Then the men hunted some animal, ate small parts of it (think of it as an ancestral protein shake) and took the rest home to wife and kids to eat in the evening - and then go to sleep when the sun had set.

I've never been much of a napper. But I wish I had the opportunity to at work. 15 minutes would go a long way some days.
