I have several damaged suits

. Mainly the pants are showing signs of wear from repeated use. The main issue I would like to discuss involves a pair of Rayon-Polyester blend Armani pants. The suit coat is fine and I wear it with slacks a lot now because there is melted plastic on one of the legs of the pants. Will trying to have them dry cleaned damage them further? Will dry cleaning even remove the plastic? I could have my tailor freeze the hole in the pants but that never lookes well - especially with a charcoal suit like this one. Any advice?

Thanks,
Derrick

There is not much here that I feel qualified to address, but I just wanted to welcome you to StyleForum.
