Credit Card Holder without Logos

I am looking for a high quality credit card holder without logos on the outside (feels impossible).

The only options I've found are:

Leatherology (reasonable price, crap quality)

Credit card holders, being inanimate objects, never have logos. Some overly sympathetic writers will sometimes endow an object with pathos, but I view these types with much disdain.

These are supposed to be top of the line. http://www.ettinger.co.uk/ yea yea there is a slight embossed logo but every brand does that.
