I'm a man who ten months ago had short hair. I decided to let it grow out. A few months ago, I moved to China.
My hair was at satisfactory length, but I wanted to trim it a bit to make it look neater, and I wanted the front to catch up a bit with the back. What I now have is a nightmare haircut where the front is like six inches or longer, and the back is about three inches. I don't know if it was my idea of what I wanted, or things beings lost in translation, or Chinese hairstyles being totally different than Western hairstyles.
I still want to have my hair end up like indie/rocker long-hair length (not metalhead or hippie length), so I don't just want to chop it all off. But in your opinions, should I cut it and let it grow or just let it grow.
