For your consideration - a pair of Chelsea boots from Common Projects in a size 42. These are the leather version of the popular chelsea boots. I've worn these less than 10 times, and have come to the realization that they just aren't going to fit me correctly. I originally wiped them down with a bit of Alden Leather defender, but these have yet to see any poor weather.
The boots come with the original box + bags. Happy to meet in NY and take $20 off the asking price for those who are in the area. Otherwise, asking $325 shipped via USPS within the United States.
