I just picked this up, and it doesn't seem like it needs much if any alteration, thoughts? Besides going to the dry cleaners, do you guys think it needs anything else?

I think it fits well too. Not a lot of waist suppression, like some guys around here like, but I think it looks good. Shoulders and sleeve look good.

But dude, you really have to work on how you hold your hands when you take pictures.

Looks pretty good. Shoulders are good. You could probably stand to have it taken in in the torso, although it's certainly wearable as is. Tough to say about sleeve length. Are you holding your arms at an odd angle? It looks like the "inside" of each sleeve is a good inch or more higher than the outside. If you have your arms all the way down to the sides, or if you extend them in front of you, I'm guessing those sleeves might look short. Not sure, though.
Oh, and pull the flap out of the right jacket pocket.
I like the color combination of the outfit overall, for a fairly conservative but not totally boring tone.

An older Canali? I notice the heavily padded shoulder, kinda like mine from the mid 90's.

Looks to me like the sleeve might be a tad short, but it actually works with the particular shirt that you have on, as the sleeve on the shirt is a bit short.

It would also appear the shoulder's a bit narrow for you

Yeah, I figure I could have it taken in a little bit in the chest. I think the sleeve length is fairly close to right, I'll check it out after I get it back from the dry cleaners tommorow.

Oh, in case anyone was interested, shirt was Carlo Franco and tie Bullock & Jones.

The shoulder has a little bit of padding, but I think the width is OK, the jacket needs to be pressed a little and that could be the pose. I'm not entirely sure about the sleeve length, it could stand to be lengthened 1/2" or so.

I'd say the sleeves are at least 1/2" too short. I'd also nip the waist a little.

Mine is probably the most uneducated opinion on here, but after getting the sleeves done on about 80% of my shirts, I'd say the sleeves on yours is maybe a tad under 1/2" too short; in turn, the jacket's sleeves also would be. I'd personally take the waist in a little, but your preference may differ.

Upon actually reading the above posts, I see that I'm merely seconding a few others' opinions...

Yeah, I'm going to bring this to my alterations tailor after I get it back from the dry cleaners tommorow, shouldn't be a big deal to do those fixes.

I would shape the jacket a little and probably lengthen the sleeves a smidgen.

I think you need to hem your pants as well
