Collared t-shirt or undershirt...does it exist?

I have a few thin, slim fitting crew neck sweaters. I think it looks too casual w/o a collar showing so I try to wear a button down shirt with a collar...but I dont like the bulk.
I recently won this cucinelli shirt/sweater

it has a sewn in collar. If it didnt have a collar, it would just be a long sleeved tshirt. But with the collar, it looks a lot less casual.
So I was wondering...like the title says, does a tshirt/undershirt with a collar exist? I think it would be perfect to wear under crew neck sweaters.

Just wear a thin polo shirt, I don't think a collared undershirt exists.

Even with a polo, b/c of the buttons, it still adds some bulk in the upper chest area.
Maybe I'm being too picky....but I hate even the slightest feeling of bulkiness.

i agree that a polo will do the job. but im sure that the result will be casual anyway. i dont think you can dress up a crew neck jumper, it is what it is.

I think a polo (at least pique material) would look horrible under a sweater.

If anyone cares that you are dressed casual, I don't think there would be any difference in opinion between the two. Collar or not, it is still a T-Shirt.
