Found a MotorWeek "Retro Review" that describes the 83 MK1 Rabbit GTI's "exhilarating 0-60 time of 9.7 sec". In those days anything under 10 felt quick. I'm sure the Neuspeed short shift kit I installed gave me at least an extra .01-.02 sec.

The dog looks really sad you're going to make him ride in a VolvoI also have this for when I wear relaxed fit denim.
Need to and want to are very different. I have a compulsions to constantly want to upgrade or improve things.do you have to tune? would think most car stock these day is pretty damn powerful
But I want my car to runthen you should go all @Thrift Vader and get a old JDM slap turbo on it, that will keep you busy...
Fast sedans:Thinking of dumping my Douchemobile for a fast full-size sedan. First choice would be a Panamera Turbo, but don't want to pay that much. Probably not another AMG either. Thoughts?
Not to mention your car already has turbosBut I want my car to run
The M2 has a limited tuning market, the M2 competition doesn’t. The N55 is already topped out without adding fueling systems, methanol, aftermarket turbo replacements, crank hub upgrade, etc. I don’t want to void the BMW warranty. If it had something simple like a Carbahn or Dinan tune that made an appreciable difference like the S55 then I’d probably go that route. The M2 has a limited tuning market? There are lots of options...what upgrades are you looking for?
