I watched the Harris video this afternoon. The car is so loud his narration while driving was nearly unintelligible. I understand that they want the open-face helmet so you can see his facial expressions, but a closed helmet would have been much more effective from an audio standpoint.

Car looks insane, and I want to try it.
I couldn't hear sh1t. All I could hear was some mumbling under the insanely loud engine.

I really like them. My SUV rental of choice (this is very much meant as a compliment)

I am finally sick enough of my MY22 Volvo XC60 to get rid of it. I bought it as a pre-move up-in-the-air sensible car decision. Now I’m looking at a 36 month lease on a M340/440 GC or a M3 Comp. BMW residuals are usually pretty good and timeline will add up for me to the end of my work contract here

Technically not a car I drive, but I sure would drive it.

To me, cars like this are way more interesting than today's exotics. As long as they run well, they can be enjoyed at legal speeds (i.e., you can run through the gears) and the styling is timeless. Plus, you don't get the pack of weird 16-year-olds running after you with cameras.

On a similar note, there's a house near me that in the summer has a Unimog parked out front all the time. Sees like it would be a pretty fun vehicle basically anywhere but but here in the 'burbs.

Edit:

Found an old picture I took of it about 8 years ago. Turns out, it's actually a Pinzgauer... perfect for when you need a Cold War era troop transport for your camping excursions!
