I'm generally a US 11, on the wider side of D. I wear both 10.5D and 11D Alden Barrie lasted shoes, and was hoping to get into these Carminas based on sizing down .5 from Barrie 10.5D. I'd say it almost worked, but not quite.

While these shoes have a different toe shape than the Barrie (though still pretty roomy), my guess is that someone for whom Barrie 10.5D fits comfortably in the width would do well with this UK 10.

Admittedly I'm selling here, but these are some really nice shoes.

Beautiful color, that's a little different from Horween whiskey shell, in my eyes. And I really like the shape. I'd love to see these in stock in UK 10.5, and may even be so bold as to try them in UK 11.
