Canali's shoes quality

Hi,

I have been meaning to buy a nice pair of Double Monk Strap shoes but I am also looking not to spend more that 280 pounds. I know that Meermin sells some really nice ones but I would like to have them before the next two weeks.
I actually saw these ones on sale:

Has anyone ever bought similar shoes with Canali ? Is the quality good ?
Would you another other recommendation ?

I have a pair of black captoe. Goodyear wetted with closed channel. The leather is soft. I like them.

All the Canali shoes I've handled have been made by Campanile. Quality is very good, but not what I'd call superlative; more attention is paid to finishing than construction IMO. Most that I've handled have been Blake stitched, not goodyear welted. They're still brilliant shoes, but at that price point, I think I'd probably look at Alfred Sargent instead.

Again, just my two cents; it's pretty hard to actually go wrong once shoes get to this price point. Canalis would still be great.

how much is a pair for C&J benchgrades in the UK? I would have thought ~300 pounds cuts it?
