Can boot cut jeans be tailored to straight fit?

Just wondering, I've got a pair I want hemmed up an inch, but they're a little too flared. Never had jeans altered before. Thanks.

Yes. If they're predistressed, it can look weird, but there are way to blend the fading.

These don't have any distressing at the bottom, so it shouldn't be an issue? And I'd only be having them shortened an inch or so, and maybe have the cut brought down from about 10 inches to 9.

Probably not a big deal, then. At the absolute worst, a little mismatched distressing beats haha u ware flarez dood.
