I found that the a good way to build true strength in the abs is to do hanging exercises and do sets that pull your knees up into your chest. From there you can work your way up to doing a straight leg pike. If you can get to that point and still don't see definition. Give up the dream.

he is absolutely not 6% body fat. Most likely he is using an extremely ****** tool to take his measurements.

He needs to go here: http://www.naturalphysiques.com/cms/...php?itemid=144

and honestly determine which picture he most resembles. If he his "abs are showing, just not as much as the models" as he says, then he is most definitely not at 6% body fat.

I'm comparable to the guy on page 1 in the 10% category with the light blue boxer/briefs. Actually, that's what my body looks like as a whole, except that guy has much nicer quads, and I'm pale.

The 10% category is probably closer to the 13-15% category and with less muscle the % increases.. (LBM/Total Body Mass = %, where keeping the bones constant - although when you lift your bones tend to become denser - and increasing muscle mass lowers % and reducing muscle mass increases %). I can't see anything from the 6.5% picture, too shiny. The 7% picture is not 7%. More like 9-10%, "athletic".

Yea they all look to be skewed low by about 2-3%. But some of the higher % pic, likely even more than that.

I probably did 3 minutes of the 15 minute workout, and I can barely walk this morning, Monday. Might want to check that out.

So letting your bf tear you a new one is how you work out your abs? That's an interesting strategy, I'm surprised my gf hasn't developed a 6er yet.

You are clearly doing something wrong.
