Thanks Neal. Now you tell meI always go down at least one full size on British shoes, particularly where elongated lasts are concerned.
Just busting your chops. Â No worries. Â I'll let everyone know how the 10E works for me. Â Keep your fingers crossed.Sorry man, a guy gets busy sometime... anyway, EG is telling me to go 2 or 2.5 sizes down from what I thought was my size, so I'm confused now too.
(thinman @ May 27 2005,09:32) I don't have first-hand experience, but other forum members have mentioned going down one full size on the 337 last. So an 11D US might better fit a 10E in UK sizing. I plan to order a black Savile myself at some point and I'll try the 10.5E, since I'm an 11.5D in US sizing.Quote:
Nice shoes, but I won't take them since I already have brown monkstraps and I'm looking for a black pair. Anyone else interested, PM scnupe7.Dark Brown Antique
No I haven't. If the 10E wasn't available at the same price I might do that. Since it is available, I would rather just get a shoe that fits without insoles.Have you tried putting in Dr. Scholl insoles? Â It helps. Â They come in regular and double thickness.
Are you typically a 11D US?I received the 10E today. Â Great fit.

I am very satisfied with the customer service. They turned that order around pretty fast, especially for an overseas outfit.
