As nice as it looks I think that I would just hold out and pay the extra money for the M3

It's about the price the old E46 330Ci was. As for the new M3 comparison, it's still 30 grand cheaper...not exactly chump change.

You got Bangleloid to thank for that. It is pretty ******* ugly, especially from the side.

I thought Bangle wasn't the design lead any more.

This car is way too expensive, it is essentially a subcompact car with a big engine and topping out in the high $40s? It isn't even good looking by any stretch of the imagination, even on the BMW forums they bash the looks of it.

Yeah, Tomorrow Never Dies. If you want to see some nice 7 series driving, check out the BMW short film series The Hire.

I'm confused. You get less performance and luxury at the same price as a 3 Series? What's the point?

I've been on the lookout for one of these. It's hard to find one around here with the SWB.

I knew BMW would do this but $50k is quiet steep for a car of that size. I know BMW wants to keep the premium brand image but I would rather they drop the turbo and only have three packages; base, sport, and luxury with maxed out price point of $40k.
