I would like to find something more unique that chuck taylors, and thats all I have around me.. I am taking a trip to seattle soon, any stores up there? Aldo? I don't mind purchasing online either.
Check out Blackbird, Ian, Atsui Tokyo, and Jack Straw is a new boutique that apparently just opened up.
FYI Atsui is closed.
U District
- 5 Doors Up - My #1 choice. In University District so it's a bus ride from downtown, but these guys have some quality sneakers/etc that might tickle your fancy.
- Upper Playground? I have no idea.
Cap Hill
- Rock Paper Scissors - opened up just last year if memory serves. Nikes & Adidas? I never beeninside.
- Goods - Do check these guys out, I believe their selection is up your alley
- Edie's - Ahh, it's not terribly compelling but they're up the street & around the corner from Goods so if you're in the neighborhood, why not.
Ballard
- Blackbird, naturally. It is out in Ballard aka BFE, but worth the trek. Go on Sunday and do double-duty on the farmer's market.
Downtown
- Sneaker City, Pike & 1st. Puma, Converse, Adidas. Lower end, but lots of colors. And relatively cheap.
- Aldo on 5th (?) and Pike - it's an Aldo. Google map for real location.
- Nordstrom Rack! 2nd and Pine. It's worth it to pop your head in, who knows. They sell sperry's for cheap.
- Barney's on 6th and Pine.
Thank you for helping me procrastinate.
