Berluti Boots

Anyone have experience with Berluti footwear, namely, their boots and can offer their opinion and/or experience with them — specifically as it pertains to quality, feel/comfortability, etc?

Also, thoughts on the following Berluti model boot in these range of colors? Eyeing the burgundy pair, but unsure whether to pull the trigger.

Berluti's shoes are made to a high quality, but are of questionable taste.

Can only comment on the AW17 Eris Bergen boots (also designed during Haider's short tenure), but the quality puts to shame most designer boots (looking at you SLP and Dior). The leather is very thick and sturdy (so I wouldn't recommend wearing for hours on end), and so the boots have quite a hefty weight to them. They really do feel substantial.

In my (subjective) opinion, the AW18 sidezips you posted there are one of the most beautiful sidezips ever made. I'm still hoping that a black pair in my size pops up eventually.

I bought these a couple weeks ago. Very comfortable and the color and patina is amazing.
(The reason Berluti is great).
