Barena Venezia - Fit & Sizing

I am interested in purchasing a few Barena Venezia blazers (Barney's Warehouse is having a major sale) and have no idea how they fit. Unfortunately, there are no shops in my area that carry the size I need and the sales are final. So, before I pull the trigger, I am coming to you experts for advice.

Thoughts on quality?
Sizing TTS?
Random advice/thoughts?

I have a cotton knit unconstructed blazer and quality is really goog.
Fit on blazers/jackets is slim in body and sleeves, very similar fit to Our legacy blazers for example.

I wear Medium sizes in too many brands and Barena size 48 fits me perfect, like tailored.

Sleeves tend to go long, probably you will need to visit your local tailor

If you buy a cotton knit blazer, don´t put it on a hanger because the fabric will deform on the union of the arm and shoulder.

Looking at a Barena deconstructed jacket from Barneys, but it's not listed in number sizing. Any idea on how an XXL would fit?
