You would probably benefit from going down a size in the waist if you've got your pants at a point where they feel like they could fall down.

...tshirt was tucked in so the rise could be seen and compared and I wanted to keep SF pornfree by not getting photographed bare chested...

For what its worth I think the '47's look just as they should be. Even with the one wash there is still gonna be some shrinkage left and the seat will look more relaxed with wear, you're probably still gonna have to cuff but after a couple of washes if this still bothers you just get them hemmed. They are great quality jeans - stick with them imo.

#1 looks to big in the waist and hips... reminds me of mommy jeans.

#2 fit is good

#3 needs to be retired.

I'm going to agree with most everyone else here and say that the SC47s, while they are a great pair of jeans, don't fit you very well there--I think you could stand to go down at least one size, possibly two, and if the hips still flair that much, then a repro-style cut probably isn't for you.

I also think that all of them would look much better worn a few inches further down, hanging on the hips instead of cinched up around the waist. Mostly because it would avoid the "my jeans are crawling up ******" look in the seat.
