It was 88 today here, with minimal Lake effect.
If it is 88 here, it must just be scorching everywhere else.
Even summer-weight suits are uncomfortable in this weather.

I like summer style. Sure, there are fewer options and it hardly can outdo fall looks, but it's so easy to look good just about anywhere with a very light wardrobe. Despite all my winter clothing it's still my favorite season for style (all the trenches, car coats and peacoats I have are more out of necessity; style is just a byproduct of the goal).

I really don't sweat all that much, even in a suit, but I grew up in South Florida, so maybe I just adjusted somehow.

It reached 100 here today and my car's temperature gauge registered 110. Since I have weird skin. I am now getting heat rashes. Hate summer.

How is that possible?

I heard according to hearsay in a post in this thread that you must be a sartorial god!

But in all honesty how do you do it? My method is going as fast as I can to the nearest building or car with AC.

Love is great..You can go out with your jacket on the shoulder....
You don't need 3 or 4 layers to go for a walk , people are more relaxed and you can have a meal outdoor..
If you wear cotton or linen suit , you can also be very smart with a simple open shirt...
I'm living in England and I'm still craving the great summers in Provence...

Being a Sartorial God is a status which cannot be reached on Stye Forum...
Too much egos and also too many different aesthetically canons...
The ones who might be seen as being sartorial advanced are the more conservative and safest sfers..

And then wipe all the sweat with your pocket square.

I've decided to ditch my summer-weight suits this week, which is unusual for me. Linen pants and shirts have been great this week.
