Subject says it, as I have a couple of Zegna's I don't want to part with if I don't have to...

I know that some won't do it if there's pockets for collar stays in the back but I used to know a guy that would replace the top layer with fabric from the back of the shirt-tail, so I know it can be done.

Anyway, any help is appreciated...
