Used to live 10 miles from major Amish country.

Dealt with them a lot.

Incredibly nice people to work with and to talk to in my experience.

Go to Amish country and find a craftsman and deal with him one on one. Usually the Amish that advertise (e.g. come see our quilts, etc.) will be able to direct you to someone you can work with.
